For today's court appearance in her felony grand theft case, during which she again turned down a plea bargain, Lindsay Lohan went for a neutral look.

Well, neutral as in no cleavage, unlike last time. Her Raquel Allegra dress - paired with Chanel shoes and Dior shades - was skin tight. Damn, girl ...

Neither can quite compare to the white dress from her arraignment, but at least designer Judith Ripka lent LiLo a necklace today. She can be taught!

Demi Lovato Gets Tatted Up

Did I miss the memo about tats being the new black? Vanessa Hudgens got a butterfly inked on her neck, Avril Lavigne got a safety pin (WTF?) tatted on her neck and now it's Demi Lovato's turn.

Luckily Demi didn't get a ridiculous neck tat like Vanessa and Avril, but she did get matching tattoos on both her wrists.

She got "Stay" on one wrist and "Strong" on the other one with a little heart. Fitting.

Demi says she actually got the tattoos as a tribute to her fans. "The journey that I went through and the support of my fans was so meaningful to me that I wanted to thank my fans in a way that I know can never be forgotten," Demi.

"So I went ahead and I got a little heart tattoo on my wrist."

Why the heart? "It's something that my fans were actually drawing on their wrists while I was still in treatment. Some people even got tattoos of it, so I wanted to show you guys that I will never forget the support that you guys gave me," she explained.

When regular people get stressed out they close their eyes, take a deep breath and repeat those words in their head. Celebs get it permanently inked on their bodies. Go figure.

Bachelor's Brad and Emily Get Engaged Then Break Up

If you ever feel like going through a divorce, breakup, failed engagement, etc., then The Bachelor is the show for you.

On last night’s finale, Brad Womack chose contestant Emily Maynard to be his new fiancé, proposing to her by saying, “I’m asking you to give me your forever.”

And by "your forever", I guess he meant until the next commercial break.

Because moments later, it was reported that the couple had broken up because of Emily’s insecurity. She admitted she had trouble seeing the man she loved with so many different women each week.

A show producer told Popeater, “Emily is not able to forgive Brad for what she considers cheating week-after-week with other girls."

What did she think the other women were there for, set décor?

Vanessa Hudgens Has More Nude Photos and a Movie

More nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens have surfaced, which can only mean one thing. Someone has a movie out!

A source tells TMZ these photos are from the same set that were leaked in 2009. Sources also say that Vanessa thinks whoever is leaking them “has it out for her” because they happen to be coming out with her movie releases.

So, basically, she’s telling us the post-production meetings of “Sucker Punch” went something like this:

PRODUCERS: Well, this movie looks terrible. We’re going to need to promote the hell out of it.

VANESSA: (sigh) Fine. Give me the camera phone.

I’m not saying it’s a good thing to have nakedpictures of you leaked, but if it happens to be around the same time your movie is released, I doubt it’s standard Hollywood protocol to acknowledge the fact.

Paris Hilton To Become A Wife?

Is Cy Waits making an honest woman out of Paris Hilton?
The couple was reportedly spotted shopping for engagement rings in the Big Apple, according to the New York Post.
The socialite and her club-promoter boyfriend, who are nearing their one-year dating anniversary, reportedly perused sparklers at luxury jeweler Jacob & Co. on Friday and admired several rocks including a rare 30-carat blue diamond.
Though Paris left the store sans an engagement ring, she didn’t leave empty handed. The reality star reportedly left with a $25,000 black diamond-encrusted ring for her 30th birthday.
The blond heiress has been opening up about her plans to marry Cy recently, telling the NY Post, “We’ve talked about [an engagement],” at her 30th birthday party at Lavo on Thursday.
“This is once in a lifetime,” she added. “I want to be with him forever.”
Additionally, Paris gushed over her man in a recent in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, telling the host, she’s “sure” Cy will pop the question soon and that she’s “never been happier.”
“[Cy] is such an incredible person,” she told Ryan on Thursday, in an interview for his KIIS FM radio show. “Things have never been better in my life.”

Former ‘American Idol’ Contestant Scott MacIntyre Engaged

The 25-year-old former “American Idol” Season 8 contestant is reportedly engaged to his girlfriend, Christina Teich, and the pair is set to wed later this year, according to Us Weekly.
The couple will make their first public appearance together on February 24 at the Season 10 “American Idol” Top 24 party in Hollywood, according to the mag.
As previously reported on http://hollywoodfashionnews.blogspot.com/, Scott, an accomplished singer/pianist, finished in eighth place on the hit FOX reality show in 2009. He then toured the country with the show’s live concert tour before releasing an album, “Heartstrings,” in March, which debuted at No. 18 on iTunes.
Scott was “Idol’s” first visually impaired contestant and also battled with dangerous kidney failure that left the Scottsdale, Ariza., native in dire need of a kidney transplant.
“In August 2007, the wife of my former piano instructor from Arizona State University donated her kidney to me,” Scott revealed to Access in an April 2099 interview. “She’s doing well, and I’m doing well. It’s just a miracle everyday that I’m alive now.”

Horned This Way: Lady Gaga Visits Good Morning America, Promotes AIDS Awareness

Wearing what appears to be a giant condom, odd flesh-colored facial horns, a white plastic hat and dagger nails, Lady Gaga hit up Good Morning America today.
She talked about working with the MAC Viva Glam campaign and wore what she called a "latex condom inspired outfit" to talk about safe sex with Robin Roberts.
Lady Gaga signed autographs for "little monsters" outside the studio as well, looking ferocious as can be ... and we mean that in only the best way, obviously:

Are you scared? Repulsed? Turned on? Confused? A little of each?

Leave it to Gaga to integrate absurd fashion with PSAs. The horns were also displayed when she performed "Born This Way" at the Grammys last weekend.
